Private Parks

An outstanding and unique feature of the subdivision is the three private community parks owned by the subdivision for the exclusive private use of its residents. Each of these parks, totaling more than 15 acres, will be improved and dedicated for specific recreational use.

Steeplechase Park will be an open space area of six acres exclusively for the use of residents for open field equestrian exercise, training and recreation. The park connects to the community recreational trail system for extended riding throughout the area.

Derby Park will contain the subdivision private soccer and baseball fields. Now Little League and AYSO play is right around the corner.

Palomino Park will be for family recreation, complete with a playground, gazebo and picnic and barbecue facilities. Slides, climbing features and swings entertain the children while the adults gather in the gazebo area as the barbecue grills in the fresh air.
